Assignment: 1 Year
Education:
BS Degree in computer Science or engineering/Science discipline with software development emphasis
OR
Associate Degree in Engineering or Science discipline with equivalent experiences.

Experience/ Skills:

• Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Software development using development, support, and installation under Windows environment.
• Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Development of ANSI SQL, or Oracle queries and procedures.
• Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Knowledge of JBOSS, Oracle 10g or later, Windows XP/Windows 7.
• Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Development and implementation of requirements and testing.
• Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Performing process analysis for implementation in software applications.

Duties:
Perform software development and maintenance for Site Infrastructure Automated Fuel Management System, Laboratory, and Solid Waste. Duties will include developing software reports in MS Sql Reports, MS SqlServer, software development, and working with other PCAT employees. services will also entail developing documentation and defining and executing test plans.
