The role:
Bell Web Solutions is formed of professionals in communications, strategic
planning, marketing and Web technologies part of Customer experience solution
division.
As a strategic partner, the Bell Web Solutions team accompanies its clients
from beginning to end and is actively involved in the evolution of their
interactive projects. Bell Web Solutions offers a wide range of innovative
solutions customized to the needs of its clients.
Key Responsibilities
In this role your main responsibility is to successfully deliver small to
medium size projects as well as the following;
* Prepare project estimations for individual proposals
* Project openings once signed proposal has been obtained
* Communication management with internal team, suppliers and clients
* Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or
large-scale projects.
* Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative business solutions.
* Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate
alternative business solutions and strategies.
* Continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen
client relationships.
* Maintains lasting client relationships.
* Provides senior level resolution to client issues.
* Plan, monitor and control projects under your responsibility
* Prepare Project Plans and project schedule in MS Project.
* Resources reservations according to the planning
* Kick-off meeting with internal team and client –Evoke creative and
innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas
and career plans to fruition
* Project status reports, Steering reviews and meetings
* Project outstanding action items and issues – manage and follow-up for
resolution
* Timesheet approvals and reviews
* Work effort follow-ups; setting and negotiation of deadlines
* Review deliverables for quality and in-scope monitoring
* Project budget tracking and reporting
* Invoicing according to contract terms and conditions
* Monitor and control scope and apply change requests and extra billing
when required
* Procurement management
* Project closure report, post-mortem, lessons learned and archiving

Critical Competencies:
Academic
* University degree
* PMP Certification or working towards is a plus Past experience
* 5 years experience managing technology projects
* 3-5 years experience in Web / e-Commerce / Online Marketing projects
