The Position
Roshan, an IPS company based in Afghanistan is seeking for an Intern, Business Analyst to work within its Project Management Team. The Intern, Business Analyst is to support business process and organizational change to improve customer service and create organizational capacity ready for growth.

A summary of the Intern, Business Analyst responsibilities and tasks is as follows:

Coordinates and advocates to identify, develop and document policies and procedures in support of the company's Quality Systems in coordination with other staff members and senior management

Supports the overall development of Roshan's Quality Systems as well as the Project framework within the PMO

Identifies and leverages best practices across the enterprise for Roshan's Quality Systems

Establishes and maintains standard operating procedures, work instructions, forms, templates and other documents associated with the Quality Systems defined

Ensures Quality Systems are implemented and maintained in compliance with ISO Standards and other applicable regulatory requirements

Assists in development and reporting of appropriate metrics and tracks effectiveness and productivity of the Quality Systems across the enterprise

Provides group facilitation, interviewing, and training in a consultative approach in order to establish an SOP database across the organization


The Requirements
Experience working in a corporate setting

Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines with minimal supervision

Knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, ITIL ETOM is an asset

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Excellent collaboration skills, with focus on customer service

Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communications skills

Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams with representatives from various departments and levels

Must be an individual with proven initiative and demonstrated accountability

Experience in using computer programs (MS Word, Excel, and Access, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project)

Education / Training ' Business Administration diploma or equivalent
