Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the role of lead machinist and programmer.  We are seeking a professional who can contribute to our company objectives for expansion in the industry while supporting existing product lines and processes in a progressive and dynamic team environment.  The ideal candidate will have strong experience and advanced skills in hands-on CNC equipment operation, programming and maintenance.  


Job Requirements:

• ·        8-10 years of experience on programming and operating horizontal and vertical Multi Axis C.N.C. milling machines, manual milling and manual lathes.
• ·        High level of experience in sharing expertise and knowledge throughout the machine shop as a focal point for advice and training on machining operations.
• ·        In depth experience of machining practices for steel, aluminum and titanium with knowledge of other advanced materials.
• ·        Prior experience working within the organization in establishing new processes, programs and/or improvements.
• ·        Prior experience in investigating defects to determine root cause, leading implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
• ·        Organized and professional approach to achieving company and team objectives.
