Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, self-motivated, and
service-orientated professional for the position of Gym Trainer in the
Corporate Services Program. Please note that the modality of employment for
this position is as a consultant (for specific days and times).

The position will be based at CIMMYT's Main Campus (located
45 km northeast of Mexico City,
Mexico).
Specific responsibilities of this position will include:
- Provide gym instruction to CIMMYT staff and guests, ensuring safe use of gym equipment at all times.
- Advise CIMMYT staff and guests on various workout routines required to achieve specific results, including physical rehabilitation.
- Ensure gym equipment is in good condition and report any malfunction or damages to equipment to relevant supervisor.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualification,
skills and attitudes:
BA/BS in Physical
Education or related area.
Hold reputable
certifications related to gym and/or physical instruction.
Advanced level of
English.
Certified in CPR
and First Aid, or be willing to obtain such certification.
Good IT skills
(Microsoft Office).
Good level of
attention to detail, client-orientation and personable, diplomatic approach to
deal with people at all levels.
Excellent organization
skills and leadership.
Ability to work
with different nationalities, under pressure and as a member of diverse work
team.
Living in or
around the Texcoco Area (or being willing to relocate to Texcoco) will be an
advantage.
