Serve as primary contact for vendors and contractors serving
on evaluation panels. Organize and coordinate activities on behalf of the evaluation
panels. Ensure consistent processes and procedures are followed by evaluation
panels; monitor vendor and contractor performance. Duties may include
scheduling and facilitating meetings with geographically dispersed attendees,
taking minutes of panel meetings, production of reports, management of action
plans and monitoring systems, and budget tracking.
Successful applicants might be based in the U.S., Asia, Europe.
Supports functions related to the:
- Financial & Technical Review Panel (evaluation work occurs primarily in the U.S. and India)
- String Similarity Review Panel (evaluation work occurs primarily in the U.K.)
- Geographic Names/Community Priority Evaluation Review Panel (evaluation work occurs primarily in the U.K. and U.S.)
- DNS/Registry Stability Review Panel (work occurs primarily in the U.S.)
- Background Screening Service Provider (work
- occurs primarily in the U.S.)
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and team lead experience is recommended
- Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Products including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; MS Visio and MS Project familiarity is highly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and project manage with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate complex and sometimes controversial information, concepts, policies and positions, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
- Able to work independently; self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with colleagues at senior and junior level from internationally diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with major vendor or service firms is a plus
- Previous supply chain management, vendor management or account management experience is required
- 5-7 years of related work experience
- Prior international experience strongly preferred.
