Due to rapid and consistent growth, this well regarded training company are looking to recruit an experienced Health & Social Care Trainer to cover the Middlesbrough area.

The ideal individual will have a background in Health & Social Care sector, have experience in delivering Health & Social care Training and hold, or be working towards, a recognised teaching and training qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS)

The core duties in this Health & Social Care Trainer role will include:

Deliver training on a range of Health and Social Care courses.

Design of relevant training courses.

To support candidates in achieving their goals.

Adapt and develop appropriate training materials.

Maintain up to date knowledge with legal training requirements.

Essential requirements for this role are good communication skills, well developed written and oral skills with a flexible approach to responsibilities. A self-motivator with an outgoing personality and the ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills.
