Kesar & Co Solicitors are in the process of setting up a pro bono arm of the firm. This will be a separate organisation registered as an independent charity with focus on the people in immigration detention, police custody and prisons. We will try to fill in the gap caused by the legal aid cuts and offer a comprehensive, one-stop service. We are in the process of interviewing trustees so that we can register this organisation with the Charity Commission.
