Store Manager

As one of our Store Managers, you will ensure customers get the service they deserve and keep the store on track with planned sales and profit goals. You will oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling and termination practices including legal compliance and internal processes. You will also monitor proper inventory controls, sales activities and maintain shrink, payroll and other operating expenses.

To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store Manager and 5-7 years of retail experience (a background in fashion apparel a plus). You must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in exciting, fast-paced environments.
