Senior Digital Manager
The role of the Senior Digital Manager is to deliver a highly engaging digital customer experience that provides an effective window on the HSBC brand for both customers and prospects.

Your responsibilities will include:

•     Lead the PWS team to deliver a digital customer experience that supports our business objectives and key brand metrics
•     Ensure the PWS is easy to navigate and continually optimise to increase digital customer satisfaction
•     Principal accountability for leads into the top of the sales funnel across all products/propositions
•     Responsible for ensuring we leverage all PWS real estate to communicate relevant, target messages to optimise lead generation and increase customer satisfaction
•     Determine appropriate frequency with which digital content should be refreshed/updated and ensure all content is highly engaging/compelling for the key target audience
•     Optimise digital customer journeys and exploit all opportunities to support customer satisfaction/lead generation eg through targeting onsite communications
