Job Description
We are currently seeking Financial Consultants across all locations to build effective relationships with our Lender Partners in order to provide excellent customer outcomes in terms of Wealth Management and Full Financial Planning Advice.
You will ensure that the delivery of activity is effective and professional and that customer outcomes and profitability fall within the Vertically Integrated Firm rules
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
You should be Level 4 Diploma qualified
To understand the current issues facing the industry including regulatory direction and government thinking
To maintain a working knowledge of company standard applications and specific software (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook, EPOS, Quotes, CSmart, Intelligent Office)
To operate & perform within our standards and those of our partners where required
To be able to negotiate effectively in order to secure customer opportunities and coach partner Staff to enhance their lead generation skills
To have passed all training/licences that are required, including an in-depth understanding of all the sales processes
To understand the Compliance rules, company standards, Advice Standards and Performance Management requirements and be able
to apply them to everyday situations
To be able to digest and interrogate all forms of data and assimilate in order to determine order of importance
