Our client, a true market leader in their chosen sector now requires a first class International Business Development Manager to grow the company's portfolio within the EMEA region. The commercial focus is oriented around exceptional product quality, performance and outstanding customer service and support from the organisation's London HQ.
The Position:
Delivery of sales revenue objectives via existing and new client accounts, working to individual monthly targets and KPIs
Profile and target new customer opportunities from which to develop new revenue streams
To develop clients to key account / distributor status
To generate leads through business development and client research
Negotiate and close business to exceed targets, engaging multiple stake-holders (internal and external) in the sales process.
In order to secure this role it is likely you will possess the following skills and experience:
You will be a highly motivated, self-driven, energetic individual with strong analytical, business development process analysis and problem solving capabilities
A proven sales track record, ideally with 5 - 10 years' experience within the EMEA region
A solution sales approach
Evidence of implementing successful strategies
Proof of growing sales revenue year on year
S ound knowledge and experience of various routes to markets including Agents, Distributors and other third parties
Excellent experience of negotiating at a senior level with both Buyers and Distributors are essential
