Programme & Change Manager
Advantage
Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our international client for a
Programme/Change Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract paying a
salary+benefits. The role is required to take responsibility for the
detailed project, change and communication management process within the
a Supply Chain element of a major change programme. This is a fantastic
opportunity to work at a Global level within a growing organisation.
You
will manage the detail of the overall programme and its deliverables,
ensuring that risks & issues are identified, reported and managed
appropriately. You will provide project and change management support to
the Global work stream leads and report on compliance to scope, budget
and timeline to business stakeholders and Leaders. You will identify
change impacts within the business, working with the leads to ensure
that robust education and training plans are in place to mitigate any
resistance to change.
Suitable candidates will have experience of
project/programme management and change management with an
understanding of large transformation projects. This experience should
be complemented by training/certification in a recognised project
management methodology. The role will require flexible working hours
because of the international nature of the business and therefore the
requirement to work across different time zones. Travel may also be
required in this role.
Responsibilities will include:
*Providing
documentation and organization of the programme, ensuring that
realistic project plans are prepared and maintained and that a project
change control process is in place
*Identifying stakeholders and managing their expectations, who are treated as customers.
*Ensure that teams understand the project processes, their role and manage communications to the project teams in the programme.
*Set-up
and maintain a SharePoint site that allows accurate tracking of the
programme to satisfy the requirements of Global Internal Audit
*Manage and track progress to plan at an aggregated level, providing exception reporting
*Own and manage a monthly PMO review with the Global work stream leads
*Manage
change and communications including the identification of change
interdependencies and impacts between the programme and the business
(internal and external). Ensure alignment to MCBC ADKAR change
methodology
*Work with the global work-stream leads to define change
and communication strategies that will minimize employee resistance and
maximize engagement
