Senior Customer Growth Manager (Marketing) - Overview:
•Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + extensive benefits.
•Location: Staines, TW18 with travel to Edinburgh required.
•Purpose: Own and deliver value strategy for Tenants segment to ensure we maintain the existing customer base and enable the delivery of an incremental £49m 3YMP by 2016. Deliver value strategy to ensure valuable customers are acquired and retained across sales and operational channels, whilst maximising value per customer..
Senior Customer Growth Manager (Marketing) - The Role:
•Lead and inspire continued development of high performing Customer Value team.
•Drive & shape customer value strategy from customer acquisition, through retaining valuable customers to the point of customer save or loss.
•Lead delivery of value enhancement within Tenants segment, delivering plans across multi-channels (such as Outbound, Inbound, Winback, F2F and MTT) to grow value and reduce debt risk.
•Create and influence broad range of stakeholders across the business (BGR, BGS, Cust Ops, etc) to align objectives and ways of working to enable valuable growth of Tenants segment.
•Contribute innovative thinking to identify future opportunities to drive valuable volume growth.
•Lead direction and delivery to determine optimal channel mix for tenants segment in order to maximise customer value.
•Provide direction and support to ensure that the end-to-end experience for Tenants delivers the value targets and aspirations set by the value management strategy.
•Identify and prioritise solutions to manage cost to serve for Tenants segment.
•Lead team to deliver commercial targets for Tenants segment across all channels to ensure business growth.
•Ensure value management plans and actions take account of operational and regulatory risks particularly in relation to treating customers fairly.
•Develop and own delivery of customer value optimisation plan, using analytical modelling insight to prioritise activity to maximise value.
•Feed into the LE and 3YP customer numbers process for valuable growth and input into the overall segment strategy.
