Description:

Our client, a leading manufacturer of natural health products requires Brand/Senior Brand Manager(s) to join their team.  We are looking people who passionate about their health and who love marketing and connecting with consumers. This is an opportunity to work in downtown Toronto and be part of a vibrant and growing company.

As a Marketer, you will be responsible for:

-        Driving strategy and developing marketing plans for your brand portfolio - to include:

•     Market research, gathering key insights that will drive strategic direction
•     Consumer promotion, advertising, communication, PR, events, sponsorship
•     Developing and executing product launches
•     Ongoing planning, business reviews

-        Mentoring, coaching and developing direct report
-        Being a leader within marketing team
-        Managing external relationships with agencies, partners
 Requirements:

-        5+ years of consumer marketing experience, ideally in a CPG disciplined  environment
-        Strong analytical and financial skill set, able to effectively evaluate programs and manage budgets
-        Proactive attitude, actively engages with people, great team player
-        Able to think strategically, has curious mind with strong business acumen
-        Well developed organizational, project management and planning skills
-        Knowledge of natural health industry (and retail environment) is an asset
-        University degree in Marketing/Business
