Customer Sales Advisors - Part Time (27/01/2014)

£15,480 to £16,340 pro rata + Benefits

Glasgow

Shift Pattern:

PT mornings 20 Hours 5 days per week 8am-Midday

When it comes to outbound customer sales, you will be the difference between a good call and a brilliant solution. Going one better, taking the lead and making our telephone banking work brilliantly. Because you're the kind of person who'll never be totally happy until the caller is.

As a member of our Sales team, you'll deal with different personalities and requirements on each and every call you receive. You'll build connections with customers, and you'll offer clear, jargon-free advice that they know they can trust. What's more, you'll work to both customer satisfaction and sales targets.

On top of the positive, empathetic manner to get fully to grips with every query, you'll have the confidence and initiative to solve it yourself. That way, you're the one who makes the real difference to customers.
