Representative

Carle Foundation Hospital has two full-time and one PRN (as needed) Customer Service Representative positions available working at Carle Medical Supply.

The Customer Service Rep's provide customer service to the patients and referral sources of Carle Medical Supply. Responsible for walk-in inquiries, taking retail and telephone order requests, and gathering billing information. Represents Carle Medical Supply as a leader in home medical equipment, products, and service through outstanding product knowledge and demonstration of excellent customer service.

Requirements include high school degree or equivalent, valid Illinois driver's license and 1-3 years experience in a HME business, healthcare environment, or retail customer service setting. Other skills desired are excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills; computer skills a plus. Ability to complete assigned workload in a timely manner with minimal mistakes and ability to work in a stop-and-go environment with many interruptions.
