Our client, a leading manufacturer of dental implants, prosthetics and regenerative products, requires a polished Territory Manager for its Calgary and surrounding area. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will sell to a select group of oral surgeons, restorative dentists and dental specialists in both a clinic and hospital setting. This could be a great opportunity for an individual with B2B capital equipment sales experience to transition into the healthcare industry.
The Territory Manager is responsible for:
- Achieving budgeted sales goals
- Actively selling to and communicating in-person with existing and potential customers
- Building an effective sales pipeline which will result in closed sales
- Timely follow up and management of all leads that are distributed in the territory
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a proven closer and possess a hunter mentality
- Have a minimum 3 years of successful capital equipment sales experience - medical device, surgical and dental experience is preferred
- Have a competitive mindset, be highly motivated, self directed and thrive on building and sustaining a business
- Travel predominantly by car with up to 20% overnight
- Compensation package includes base salary, uncapped commission plan, car allowance, communication tools, expenses and benefits.
