reports to the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the Prime
organization and is responsible for a wide range of activities, including the
Management of complex calendars and scheduling Requirements for two Directors
within the organization. This role is also responsible for space Planning,
assisting with new hire on-boarding and orientation, supply ordering, expense
reports, Travel coordination and organizing team social events. The ideal
candidate will be a detail oriented, Experienced Planner with the demonstrated
ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility
and a sense of humor. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced,
goal-focused environment. The candidate will possess the ability to complete a
high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision. Key to the Position
is the ability to be organized and prioritized while also serving as another go
to for all members of the organization. Basic Qualifications 3 years Experience
at the Executive level in a fast-paced environment Advanced knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Working knowledge of
SharePoint Preferred Qualifications High levels of integrity and discretion in
handling confidential Information Exceptional verbal and written Communications
Skills Impeccable attention to detail, time Management and organizations Skills
High degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and
outside the Company Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the
objectives of the team. Proven results in using good judgment and streamlining
efforts for more efficient processes adding overall value. Ability to work in a
highly ambiguous environment; self-motivated Sense of humor is highly valued
Bachelors degree a plus Basic Qualifications 3 years Experience at the
