Job Title: Co-op Student, Facilities Engineering

Location: Calgary, AB

Start Date: May 2014

Length of Term: 8 or 12 months

Business Unit: Western Canada Operations

Opportunity Details:

Key Responsibilities may involve:

Learning and understanding facilities design concepts
Coordination with Asset team for projects scoping
Developing reports and documentation
Communication with Lands, Regulatory, Procurement, Construction and other important project stakeholders during project execution
Construction job books preparation
Project site visits for learning construction part of projects

Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in a University Coop or Internship program
Must have previous engineering field experience
3rd of 4th year student preferred
Computer skills (MS Office and databases) are essential
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills

Relocation:

Students moving to Calgary for their work term may be eligible to receive a lump sum payment to assist with relocation expenses.
