ACCOUNTS RELATIONS SUPERVISORS (Business. Village Banking, Small Group & Agriculture Loans)

     The account Relations Supervisor is responsible for managing the growth and performance of the branch Loans Portfolio. The ARS develops, executes, plans, and implements strategies set by the institution.

 Deliverables

 

    Supervises and mentors individual lending staff.

    Assesses, reviews, and approves loans per policy.

    Ensures loans officers meet client targets.

    Maintains a quality portfolio for the branch as per set.

 

Requirement:

ACCOUNTS RELATIONS SUPERVISORS

    Degree in Business Studies and humanities

    At least 2 years credit work experience in a reputable micro finance institution or commercial bank.

    Knowledge of credit underwriting process.

    Excellent management and leadership skills.
