Scope:
Position will coordinate outreach and processing efforts around the Affidavit of Relations (AOR) program, ensuring that any client who is eligible to participate is given the opportunity to do so.
Responsibilities:
- Work with The Reception and Placement Program Staff to follow up and send out mails to potential AOR Applicants informing them the program guidelines and requirements;
- Review, organize and create digital files to re-start the AOR program;
- Explain the new program eligibility guide to each Applicant, confirm or change information regarding first AOR application;
- Make sure Applicants understand the new program rules, guidelines and consequences of providing false information;
- Prepare and complete applications to be reviewed by BIA Accredited Specialists;
- Submit application electronically to HQ along with relevant information and documents and make changes per HQ recommendation and then re-submit application to RPC;
- Track application progress and follow up with RPC, HQ and the Applicants.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years previous related experience
- Fluency in English; bilingual ability preferred
- Solid writing and editing skills
- Excellent computer skills : MS Word, Excel, Outlook and database software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and work as a team member in a cross-cultural environment and independently
