£34,344 - £38,856 per annum (plus contributory pension) MAG works to
tackle the destructive legacy of violence and conflict; to release land
for development and to build a better future for women, men and children
alike. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a Nobel Peace Prize
winning organisation. Reporting to the Director of Development and
Partnerships, you will relentlessly pursue new business opportunities
and provide dedicated support to MAG Programme Team in the development
of opportunities.
This is a global role. The nature of MAGs business means you could find
yourself in Vietnam or Angola supporting the programme to develop a
donor proposal before travelling to New York or Geneva as you work to
convert project ideas into partnership opportunities.
The successful candidate will have excellent networking and business
development skills. Previous experience of managing external relations
and developing business is essential. As understanding of institutional
donor relations and the workings of the development or humanitarian
sector is desirable. This is a challenging and varied business
development position that will be suited to a driven, adaptable and
flexible individual.
Please note that applicants who are non-residents of the UK will need to
provide documentary evidence of their eligibility to work in the UK.
