Position
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be pivotal to
the ongoing successful transition of our business to the 1SAP operating
platform. This is a challenging and
rewarding role requiring a depth of understanding of Work Management processes
whilst demonstrating proven change management capability. You will be
responsible for leading the deployment and governance of the 1SAP Work
Management process and system operating discipline across the business.
This position will play an important role in ensuring the
ongoing deployment of 1SAP across the broader business.
Your key
responsibilities include:
Govern deployment
of Work Management 1SAP Standardisation
and embedment;
Provide guidance
to the Management Team on matters relating effective ongoing continual
improvement in the deployment of 1SAP work management framework within the
Worsley Alumina Asset;
Ensure Business
Process Data Coach network effectiveness;
Ensuring the
development and deployment of the Work
Management sustainable training
framework in conjunction with the HR function and operations;
Monitoring of
functional performance in 1SAP, analysis of variances, trends, risks, and
identification of opportunities for improvement of work practices;
Effective
engagement with key stakeholders including Work Management leaders, their teams
and other internal functions/operations across the business to drive functional
performance improvements to Work
Management process;
Represent the
Worsley Alumina Asset on the Global BHPB stage with respect to 1SAP work
management system and process.

Skills and Experience
In order to be successful in this role you will have
extensive experience in Work Management, along with a strong knowledge of the
1SAP system and processes within the mining industry or a large
organisation. Operational awareness and
a desire to work in a positive and dynamic team environment are the required
attributes for this position. You will have excellent communication skills, and
a proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the
organisation.
