Islamic Relief Worldwide is currently recruiting for the position of an Impact Analyst to support the development, management and implementation of Islamic Relief Worldwide’s impact monitoring and evaluation portfolio through statistical and econometric expertise and data analysis. The Impact Analyst is responsible for ensuring that Islamic Relief carries out regular assessment of its programme work in which it is able to measure its effectiveness and impact on its beneficiaries.
You will develop a comprehensive results framework, key performance indicators (KPI’s), deliverables and time frames, as well as prospective Randomized Control Trials (RCT) for impact assessment. The Impact Analyst will assist in conducting research and data analysis in support of IRW’s framework and also contribute to the analysis and write up of qualitative and quantitative data both from primary and secondary data sources.
The successful candidate should have a Masters’ degree in Statistics Economics, Social Sciences, International Development or related disciplines with proven experience in this field. S(H)e should also have advanced knowledge of Excel, SPSS, STATA and other statistical software packages. Excellent IT skills and command of the English language are essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, including writing skills and a track record of authoring or co-authoring research reports or similar publications.
