Job description
Worldwide responsibility to drive the sales of Predictive
Analytics software via the IBM direct as well as indirect partner channel.
Leveraging the deep experience of successfully selling advanced analytics
solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, this individual will develop skills
transfer initiatives to enable our 300+ brand sellers worldwide to more
effectively identify, progress and close predictive analytic sales
opportunities. This role directly engages in active sales opportunities and
lead/train by example. Positioning selling strategy within the context of a
business use case will be essential for success and thus a strong understanding
of the application of analytics within key industry solutions is of top
importance.
The role also teams with the channel sales organization to
effectively recruit and enable Business Partners to effectively pursue
Predictive Analytic sales opportunities again via direct opportunity engagement
and training.
This individual will also serve as an evangelist globally
for Predictive Analytics - speaking at various conferences regarding IBM's
point of view on this topic. The ability to continually adapt messaging to be
effective in the context of a business/industry use case will be of critical
importance.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 7 years
experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Predictiv Anaytics
Security clearance
of National Agency Check (NAC) - Active
Readiness to
travel 50% travel annually
