About RedR RedR is an international disaster relief charity which trains
aid workers and provides skilled professionals to humanitarian
programmes worldwide, helping to save and rebuild the lives of people
affected by natural and man-made disasters.
The Role
The Fundraising Officer will work as part of the fundraising and
communications team at RedR. Half of their role will be to support the
delivery of a new global corporate partnership by supporting individuals
with every aspect of their fundraising. The Fundraising Officer will
also be responsible for delivering RedR’s programme of challenge events,
as well as the annual Wear Red fundraising campaign, and working to
support the rest of the team.
Person Specification
This exciting new role would suit someone looking for a varied,
challenging position in a London-based international NGO. The right
candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships
with individuals around the world. They will be super-organised and
able to manage events, deadlines and budgets.Most of all, they will have
a can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a busy team to raise
money for disaster relief.
