The Position
Roshan, an IPS company based in Afghanistan is seeking for a Senior
Manager, Quality Management to work within its Project Management
Office. The Senior Manager, Quality Management is to lead business
process and organizational change to improve customer service and create
organizational capacity ready for growth and business process
improvement efforts and a quality management program across the company.
A summary of the Senior Manager, Quality Management responsibilities and tasks is as follows:
Provides vision, leadership, coordination and advocacy for the
identification, development, implementation of policies and procedures
in support of the Company's Quality Systems in coordination with other
staff members and senior management
Drives the overall development and management of Roshan's Quality Systems
Identifies and leverages best practices across the enterprise for Roshan's Quality Systems
Establishes and maintains standard operating procedures, work
instructions, forms, templates and other documents associated with the
Quality Systems defined
Ensures quality systems are implemented and maintained in compliance
with ISO Standards and other applicable regulatory requirements
Works with stakeholders across the company to ensure the teams have and
maintain appropriate policies and procedures that form the Quality
Systems
Implements appropriate technology solutions to facilitate all facets of delivery, use and control of all Quality Systems
Develops appropriate metrics and track effectiveness and productivity of the Quality Systems across the enterprise
Works with all teams both in Kabul and regions to ensure alignment and delivery of Quality Systems.
Develops training programs as required to support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems
Monitors and appraises the performance of the Quality System and maintain effective communication within area of responsibility
Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and
principles to conduct process modernization projects, including activity
and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best
practices and creating and assessing performance measurements
Provides group facilitation, interviewing, and training and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer
The Requirements
10+ years of work experience in a service provider setting with
experience in Quality Assurance including Quality Systems and hands-on
experience working with electronic quality systems and or ERP systems
Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines with minimal supervision
Knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, ITIL ETOM
Proven ability to design and implement corporate quality systems changes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
Skills in dealing with other national cultures
Excellent collaboration skills, with focus on customer service
Demonstrated excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams with representatives from various departments and levels
Must be an individual with proven initiative and demonstrated accountability
Education / Training in Systems Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Project Management
Experience in using computer programs (MS Word, Excel, and Access, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project)
