Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Team Assistant to join our Quality,
Clinical and Regulatory department at our Asia Pacific regional headquarters
located on campus at Macquarie
University. Reporting to
the Department Manager, this role works with the Quality, Clinical, Regulatory
Affairs and Learning Solutions within the Asia Pacific office. This role is
responsible for supporting administration for the Asia Pacific Quality,
Clinical and Regulatory team.
In this Permanent role you'll have the opportunity to make a
significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history of commercialization
by applying your experiencing managing and coordinating information, travel
bookings and providing key support to a team.
Key Requirements:
High attention to detail
Coordinating travel and hotel bookings
Strong communication skills
Assisting in coordinating workshops or large conferences
