Job Summary:
The Sales Executive position is a critical role, accountable
for achieving revenue through direct sales activity. The Sales Executive will
create and develop required strategies and plans to achieve budgets and will
liaise with local and global support groups to ensure success.
He/she will work
with other business lines to further maximize the sales opportunities,
championing the delivery of the Computershare Communication Services (CCS)
value proposition.
The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales
Director, CCS.
Major Responsibilities:
Achieving personal
sales revenue growth ;
Creating account
plans, tactical sales strategies and SMART goals to drive new business
development.
Developing
required strategies and plans to achieve CRMoD pipeline development and
commercial sales account revenue expansion
Championing the delivery
of the CCS value proposition;
Demonstrating
effective peer leadership and influence through collaborating and leading by
example
Liaising with
support groups and other business groups to maximize the effectiveness of the
sales effort (e.g. CCS global sales and marketing, CPU marketing, Investor
Services sales team, global product development, etc.);
Supporting the
management team in the overall delivery of the CCS plan.
Utilizing CRMoD
for contacts, opportunity pipeline and active service tracking.
Leading the sales
development efforts on the key service offerings of: Consulting and
Implementation Services. Statement & Cheque Payables print and mail
service, customer communication management, Enterprise Document Management
(ePresentment and Archive), Client On Boarding Portal and Inbound document
process automation including document classification, data extraction.
Skills and
Experience:
A University
degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration. An MBA would
be beneficial.
The ideal
candidate will bring 5-10 years of sales experienced gained within the
financial services or consulting industry. He/she will have sold to the C-level
and Vice President level within this environment.
A track record of
providing solution and value added consultative sales and successful contract
negotiations.
Strong customer
focus and demonstrated ability to delivery outcomes that meet client
expectations.
Excellent time
management skills.
Exceptional communication
and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
