Senior Analyst Supply
Excellence
Saskatoon, SK, Canada (Reference #762511)
An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and
experienced professional to become part of our team based in Saskatoon, SK. Reporting to the Manager Supply Excellence,
this is an exciting opportunity to monitor and analyze functional performance
and lead initiatives to improve Supply systems, processes and practices. This
role will govern the standards and operating procedures that ensure critical
controls of the Supply processes exist and are effective.
Key responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
Demonstrate an
overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibility
To govern the
standards and operating procedures that ensures critical controls of the Supply
processes exist and are effective.
To monitor and
analyze functional performance and lead initiatives to improve Supply systems,
processes and practices.
Ensure monitoring
of functional performance in SAP, analysis of variances, trends, risks, and
identification of opportunities for improvement of work practices.
Drive master data
quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor and drive
embedment of the functional controls framework across the business to ensure
compliance with relevant policies, standards, procedures and legislative
requirements. Validate that critical controls are in place for the identified
risks within the Supply function.
Ensure statutory
and legislative compliance of supply processes within the business.
Lead, coach and
mentor team members to deliver against performance targets
Key requirements:
The successful candidate will have a degree in
Administration, Accounting, Commerce, Finance or other related degree. You will
have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Supply area along with detailed
knowledge of procedures and concepts related to Supply Process Excellence. The successful candidate requires attention
to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual
information. They will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Extensive SAP experience will be considered an asset.
